Each stainless steel sink undergoes uniform brushed finish processing with controlled grit levels. Every unit is inspected under dedicated lighting stations to detect scratches, stains, or inconsistencies. Samsink follows AQL sampling standards (Level II) for final visual inspection of all sinks.

For large-scale orders, Samsink employs a hydraulic drawing process using custom molds. This method is ideal for standardized single or double basin sinks and supports high-volume production (up to 300,000 units per month).

Process: Laser cutting → multi-stage drawing (800–1200 tons pressure) → trimming → welding → surface finishing

Our main shipping methods include sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight and express delivery for small orders. We support common international trade terms such as FOB, CFR, with regular shipments from the Port of Laem Chabang, Thailand.
